Yoga was such a JOY today

I kept it in mind during yesterday’s brutal HIIT! Practice felt so good.

  • Setu bandhasana 58min. Then I did my few poses of 2nd with the hanuman in its revised position.
  • Got to back bending @ 1:15.
  • Finishing @ 1:21
  • Savasana @ 1:33
