Certainly no one’s under the obligation to invite me to lunch

But the fact that it wasn’t a “guy’s thing” and the palpable embarrassment made me wonder just how much I’m being discussed. It’s one thing that information isn’t readily available and it often feels like two against one. That’s like… sabotage. Oh well. Nothing I can do about it. It started out like that…

I had a good workout anyway

I love that Lisa WOs just seem to appear in my feed when I could use them. This new batch is a year old, but who cares right? We like them when we find ’em.

Full Body Workout

WO begins after 8:15. I pre

Repeat round:

  1. 20 box jumps
  2. 15 air squats
  3. 10 feet elevated push-ups
  4. bent-over rows 10 20s I’d have thrown in some pull-ups but I didn’t want to waste time walking back & forth, out of the room to the pull-up bar.
  5. 5 tricep dips

7s-3s reps

  1. Plank to handstand (wall walks, facing wall)
  2. Squats 14xm 12x, 10x, 8x, 6x  BL sandbag  Instead of uneven squats 7x per shoulder
  3. SL clean & press up 26lb kettlebell w/ forearm guard
  4. Burpees Lisa does jumping to wall burpees, no pushup. I did star jump burpees.
  5. Donkey kicks I did on floor near wall b/c I like to kick into handstand balance

Time = 43:14

10/50 banded (orng Xband)

  1. Standing kick back
  2. Other side
  3. Leg to the side lift
  4. Other side
  5. Arabesque kick back
  6. Other side
  7. Squat walks, 4x fwd & 4x back
  8. Lying leg lifts changed these 2 moves
  9. Other side
  10. Deep squad, adduction, come up.
