Well that was hard, particularly after so many push-ups yesterday. Felt necessary though.

I was still sore in the muscle attachments at the top of the hamstrings, particularly on the left side, which I wouldn’t have noticed unless I practiced.


Warm-up: 10/30×6=4min jump rope. Easy jog.

Primary+ Skipping 4 poses of primary w/ added LBH. I was so stiff I held Marichy C and D for 10 breaths, which I don’t normally do.
